Good friday isn't just a public holiday.
It is a time for us to remember how Jesus died on the cross for our sins.
Christians could probably relate alot to this, with no offence to non-believers. i know that there are other religions reading my blog here so i better not go into the deeper details.
hey im not religion-cist okay. HAH.

well, so Good Friday was a pretty good day to begin with!
had a game of badminton with CK and WB at delta sports hall, and we really perspired quite a bit , they are both awesome players:] good game woohoo!
and then we took a bath and hurriedly headed off to bugis , national lib's HANS for lunch with ahhh :D XT, SM and KH! it was a really really reallyyy long time since i met XT! and there she was, as gorgeous as ever, the same old xueting i know and love. and i gotta met up with SM and KH again which was such a pleasure. sometimes, just by having lunch with old friends, catching up on good times together is indeed what i count truly as a blessing!

we had a wonderful meal at HANS, mama mia~
and then right after that, they walked to HAJI lane while i went home to put down my stuff and got ready to go to expo's church service for santification week. i just had to go today since it was Good Friday and its a really sacred moment to be more intimate with God, to continue my fellowship with Him so there i was! Loads of people and there were mats everywhere plastered on the ground for those who brought for kneeling down. But still, it was good and all, its so amazing how we all come together as one big spiritual family in front of God, and pray and worship Him. and the video Pastor Khong showed us bout how Jesus died on the cross was so traumatizing and moving i cried and cried again. Thank you Father.

That was why it was only today that i truly understood the meaning of Good Friday and why i should not just see it as a public holiday where i rejoice and go out till late.
so im going to santification again tmr! Cherie and Peilin would be there too yay:]
Oh , and the Jewish violinist who played beautiful pieces there was such a music prodigy , really, im in deep admiration for him.

and ah well, it all ended at 9pm and i reached home at like 10 plus. Should probably get some sleep now, its turning 1am.
Cant wait for another weekend! i actually am looking foward to a couple of events next week.
yeahhh cant wait for sushitei on CK's bday, and the shopping with her and the meeting up with my polymates!
