Found some simple ingredients and some yellow mee in the refrigerator from Tuesday's dinner and vio-la! whipped up some fried mushroom noodles.
Pretty nutritious I'd say, except for the yellow mee, dont really fancy that but that was the only form of noodle I can find.
Ingredients:
` Mushrooms of all sorts, Shitake, Button and those used in steamboat or sukiyaki, forgot what are those called.
` Yellow mee
` Green leafy vegetables
` An egg
` A dash of salt and pepper
` A spoonful of chilli sauce
` Olive Oil
Boil the yellow mee, mushrooms and vegetables first, soften them and then drain them out.
Heat the frying pan thereafter, adding olive oil and fry the egg first!
Then throw everything else including the noodles and ingredients.
Fry them all together with salt, pepper and the chilli and there you have it.
Simple awesome lunch :D
